Worried by all the clicking.

I click!
I mean everything clicks when I'm working out - ankles, knees, hips/pelvis, shoulders, arms, wrists. I'm worried I'm actually causing my body harm by keep working out being so clicky.

Does anyone have any knowledge/advice on why and what I can do.

    Is there any pain?

If there's paid, see a dr. If not, I take a Glucosamine supplement twice a day to keep my joints lubricated. My son is a personal trainer and recommended it to me since you can literally hear my knee's crackling from a distance. But I dont' have any pain. It takes the supplement time to work, we're talking weeks, and different one's work for different people. I can tell a difference if I'm not taking them. I use, and know a few other's who've had success with Kirklands brand. Unfortunately you have to try them to see what will work on you. My step mom swears by Osteo Bi Flex but it did nothing for me. Good luck!

Yeah, if there's no pain then it's probably harmless. I have clicky knees too. But when in doubt you can always talk to a doc. Probably want an orthopedist.

There's no pain, it just sounds bad. I'll look into supplements.

I am clicky too in my shoulder and ankle. There is no pain and I have just completed level 2. I have been clicky for awhile now.
