I have an Insanity program at my job and it is insane. At first I lost 15 lbs with my regular eating habits. I got injured and gained 20 lbs back. You may need to modify your calorie intake along with your exercise. Are you putting your yoga in your daily exercise? Also, if your drinking to much water that could make a difference.
