  • Congrats. Why not check out the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) Calculator under the tools tab. This should give you an idea of what you need as a basic calorie requirement, add enough extra for the exercise you're generally doing and then stick your extra 'pregnancy' calories on top. This might give you a figure to aim for?
  • I was stunned at how many calories my milky tea was costing me. At eight cups a day it was a killer. I now intersperse with green tea flavoured with citrus or cranberry at 1 calorie per cup.
  • Looks like the processed cheese to me, salted up to the eyeballs! Don't stress about the protein too much
