I use my garmin on the time and distance setting, and just log my walks as 40 mins at 3mph for example
-
i'll be 60 on my birthday, but I hope I don't act like it lol. I have dropped 41lbs in a year, (not all of it on here), and plan on losing another 14lbs at least by the end of june (cuba bound on 30th)

have you had a check up at the quacks?

Scottish granny here, log everything, keep in a deficit and it will work! good luck, add me if you want to
-
if you are truthful, and log everything, and stay within your calorie goal, it'll work, even if you eat 'crap'
-
NO, in a word. 1200 is the least you should be having
-
hello, my hubbie was same weight as you, and diabetic till he was given a gastric bypass last October, I am here because he was fast approaching the weight I was at! i'll add you, but remember support goes both ways! GOOD LUCK!

if you don't have acidity, why are you worried? also if you are in calorie deficit, you can eat all day every day if you want

thanks lynn, (i'm in uk) I have had another person message with some suggestions of foods which I wasn't aware of containing potassium, i'll try those for a few days, and increase my intake of the ones I know of, and see what happens before I investigate further.
-
i'd appreciate an answer to this question too, I have a multivitamin every day, I try to eat my greens sort of regularly, and I also eat a few bananas a week, but potassium hardly ever shows up on the chart

I think your comment was a little harsh pondee629, for someone just starting out, TRYING is a good thing!

sounds like the symptoms my husband first had when he was diagnosed with diabetes, best get checked to rule it out before taking any advice from the internet
