I don't have many friends, and the one good one I have doesn't think I should lose any more…

  • I always believed that multiple servings of the same veggie and potatoes didn't count... i'm hopeless at getting 5 in, so won't even attempt going for 10!
  • hi, I lost a lot of weight just by walking our dog, and eating better (tho I still have bad days!) it can be done! I also love to bake and cook, plus I have a really sweet tooth too. Add me if you want, i'm in Perthshire

  • I am going to a wedding on 22nd april, and to really annoy the mother of the bride (my chubby friend who told me on saturday that SHE wanted ME to STOP losing) i want to get into a very expensive uk size 14 dress, which is so close to fitting perfectly! 5-7lbs should do it... or some very unglamourous scaffolding type…

  • if money was no object i'd go back to Kenya, not Nairobi, but to the coast. Sun and sea and relaxation. from there i'd go back to Tsavo to see the elephants and also to the Maasi Mara to see the big cats, as well as exploring other areas we have never visited I'd also re-visit the school we helped build in Mombasa. that…

  • basically, eat what you like, log it and stay within your daily allowance... move more, drink lots of water. try adding something new to your diet, just a new taste or texture, as you would with a baby lol, maybe you just don't like the thought of some 'healthier' foods. plus.. don't look upon this as a diet, more as a…
