Hi guys,
Time to get back at it again! After a very unsettling, unwell and upsetting year on steroids for Crohn's disease, I didn't curve my appetite as I was warned and put on a shocking two stone in such a short space of time! I am looking to shift this weight as I'm still young to gain back my confidence and become well and stay well. I'm also very interested in hearing others' stories! Any other Crohnies out there?

    i'm the mother of a Crohn's sufferer who just finished her latest round of steroids on Wednesday. she's also just had a new baby, she is doing slimming world and has lost 7lbs even while on the final couple of weeks of steroids, so it can be done. good luck!
