Hello everyone! My name is Brenda and I am 56 years old. Raising 2 of my grand-children. I had a tumor removed from my spine and it left me paralyzed on my left leg/foot. I am permanent on crutches. So I am limited to any exercise. My weight lost must come from by putting that cake down. I need to be there for these kids and myself. Good Luck and Put That Cake Down!

    But we don't have any cake right now ;)

    There was an older guy in a wheelchair yesterday at the gym. He was using the stationary bike. Not sure if that would be helpful? Maybe focus on upper body?

    just baked a carrot cake, but its going to remain whole and will be given away tomorrow! (I did have a slice of lemon drizzle today tho my bad!!)
