Obviously the first point you make, but I am just unsure if drinking lots of water will prevent my body storing extra water weight due to high sodium. I've averaged 3lbs per week since the start of Jan and I have no plans to stop and if the water weight comes off the next week im not so bothered, but if i can prevent it…

So is the main thing to look for Sodium and water retention? or will it just dissapear the week after? I.e it may not show loss this time but it would be nearer double the week after? And also how do I prevent the water weight? Drinking water before and/or after the meal and the next day? Cheers

I Save 1500 Per day on average when it says 2200 but I think I can consume more to maintain so I guess I save more than 1500 per day, nearer 2000, Every day.

I wouldnt enjoy it if I didnt eat what I usually did. perhaps I will cut down but if I give in once im hoping ill be ok as I do do alot of exercise per day and am keeping up. (17.25 in 6 weeks) so nearly 3lbs per week

Thanks guys! Glad to see these forums are so active at these times. Would you guys reccommend I eat more than salad for lunch that day? I.e how do I prevent my body going into starvation mode? Thats what im worried about

well my diary says 2200, i thought that was my maintaining limit, but it was to lose weight, so i have been keeping 1500 remaining per day. I exercise so that I get to 1500 , but I believe my maintaining limit is higher 2500-3000 so I think im saving nearer 2000 per day, so are you saying as long as I stick to it before…

Thanks , but is it likely that I would f**k up my weeks work by doing that? And also would my body store more of the curry due to of only had salad?
