Hi, recently got a versa and started exercising using the spinning mode. I set the goal to 200 kcal, when the calories were met on my watch, the bike said 110, compared to my Fitbits 200. I am currently eating 1200 per day and want to work on my upper body strength using dumbells , If not how much to eat as I dont want to be using them and having no effect. What happens if your maintenance level is too low?
What happens when your testing your maintenance level by say 100 extra a day per week then 200 a day and you find out your maintenance level is like 1600 when it should be nearer 2000?

No Weight lost???
This isnt quite the same as other posts with this question, else I would know the answer. Between Monday and Friday I had lost 3&1/2 lbs , So I decided Fri , Sat & Sunday I would save only 1000 Per day. Surely I should of lost another 1lb?? How likely is it that my metabolism is f***ed????

How can you lose small amounts when your TDEE Varies
My TDEE varies from place to place by about 200-500 calories. How are you meant to know if your losing if thats so inaccurate? I save 1500 per day so it doesnt matter that much to me but If I ever reduce how will I Know if im in a deficit.

When I first started using my exercise bike I did 500 a day, I could do it in under 1 hour. Now I am having to take breaks every 20-30 calories when I could do 100 before. I have been gradually turning up the difficulty but why am I finding it so hard???
