I know for a fact I will be busy all of Sunday. I always do 500 Calories on my exercise bike per day. If I "save" or burn 100 calories per day to make up for this will it matter that I dont exercise on sunday?

What are you talking about?
Your body doesn't count calories BTW.
Take the day off and don't sweat it.0 -
I go by weekly calories. I keep track of my exercise calories and intake, and will "bank" calories to use on future days when I might want a tasty adult beverage or other treat, and yet am not able to exercise on that specific day.
As long as you have a plan, it's fine.0
