For me, more food and more exercise is a more sustainable lifestyle.0

For me, more food and more exercise. On my rest days, when I don't have any exercise calories to eat, I'm not very happy.0

In terms of weight loss only does it matter? Or is it more likely that less food and less exercise is better if you overstate how many calories youve burned0

I do better with more exercise and more food. i get crabby when i'm hungry. you'll have to figure out which works best for your life style.0

Why would it matter...
You should do whatever is sustainable for you....you should exercise at a level that is sustainable for you now and also later when you're in maintenance and that will dictate what your consumption should be.0 -
I like to eat. A lot.
So for me, it's more food and more exercise.0
