Beginner in Dumbells , need some help & Excerises.

Ive just bought some Dumbells, the following weights on each 2x 2kg, 2x 2.5, 2x 5kg. I literally dont know where to begin, what to do, and most of the stuff I search for on google is too complex. I need to know stuff like, how many reps, how many times a day, how many days rest, how long until I up the weight limit etc. I want to focus on Upper Body Muscle and just strengthening my biceps again. Any help would be hugely appreciated, thanks
