My TDEE varies from place to place by about 200-500 calories. How are you meant to know if your losing if thats so inaccurate? I save 1500 per day so it doesnt matter that much to me but If I ever reduce how will I Know if im in a deficit.

The calculators are all estimates anyway. and your actual TDEE will vary slightly week to week depending on your activity. Pick a number and stick to it for a month. If you lose then you are below your actual TDEE. If you gain then you're eating over TDEE. Readjust your intake as required.

Aiming for a 1500 cal per day deficit is not going to be sustainable long term - that's equivalent to trying to lose 3lbs per week. For healthy sustainable weight loss should aim for around 1 lb per week or you risk losing muscle along with fat.

I log my weight and calorie intake on a spreadsheet on a daily basis. Over time, it will give you your true TDEE. (My exercise is consistent from week to week, so I include my calories burned in my daily total.) All the different calculators will give you a different number, but this is the one I use, and it's within 100 calories of my calculations:

You'll get and keep a headache jumping from one to another. The best method is to pick one TDEE calculator and stick to it. Your deficient is set to 3lbs. a week. Why so much? It is a lot to lose per week.

When you average out the weight on the scales, is it going down?
If so; yes, you are losing. If not, no you are not.
I'd suggest an app like 'libra', which does all the work for you to show a trend which takes out daily fluctuations.
