It is usually a noticeable deficit not like .5lb per week or anything, will I hit a Plateau or not? I havent so far but have often wandered if I will.

No, literally by definition if you are at a deficit you will lose weight. That is what deficit is. If you "plateau" that means you are not eating at a deficit. A "plateau" here does not mean just 1 month though it means like 6 months of no weight change. 1 month of no weight change could just be due to water retention or any number of things.

If you are at an extreme calorie deficit, eventually you'll plateau. If you are losing 1-2 lbs/week from exercise and proper nutrition, you are in good shape.

I agree with Aaron. A "plateau" for many people is just "zomg, I haven't lost weight in 3.4 days, what am I doing wrong?!!?111"

Eat at a deficit, be honest with your tracking, do some kind of physical activity for fitness (preferably with some lifting), and you will lose weight.

As others have said, if you're eating at a deficit and exercising, as long as your body has weight/fat to give... you'll continue to lose weight. It's just as you lose weight and get smaller, it takes much more effort to continue to lose.
