Will I Plateau If I am consistantly under (or in a defecit)

It is usually a noticeable deficit not like .5lb per week or anything, will I hit a Plateau or not? I havent so far but have often wandered if I will.

No, literally by definition if you are at a deficit you will lose weight. That is what deficit is. If you "plateau" that means you are not eating at a deficit. A "plateau" here does not mean just 1 month though it means like 6 months of no weight change. 1 month of no weight change could just be due to water retention or any number of things.0 -
If you are at an extreme calorie deficit, eventually you'll plateau. If you are losing 1-2 lbs/week from exercise and proper nutrition, you are in good shape.

I agree with Aaron. A "plateau" for many people is just "zomg, I haven't lost weight in 3.4 days, what am I doing wrong?!!?111"
Eat at a deficit, be honest with your tracking, do some kind of physical activity for fitness (preferably with some lifting), and you will lose weight.0 -
As others have said, if you're eating at a deficit and exercising, as long as your body has weight/fat to give... you'll continue to lose weight. It's just as you lose weight and get smaller, it takes much more effort to continue to lose.0
