OK to be Under Calorie Goal to Balance Other Day?

Yesterday In Order To Combat the day before I noticed My Net was at like 630, I know ordinarily this is not good but is it ok if you are trying to even out 2 days worth?

    Weekly totals are easier for me to manage. Look at overall goals for the week.

    Absolutely.

    The body doesn't run on a 24-hour clock. I've found it easier to deal with a weekly number that worry so much about a daily one.

    And on a daily basis, it's better to be a little over on heavy workout days and a little under on lighter days. If your weekly totals work out right, you're good.
