I was pretty aggressive for 5 months losing 5 stone in 5&1/4 months. I was eating 750 Net, excersising of course, and since then although I do not believe I have metabolic damage as the weight loss is consistant i.e if I up it to 1200 I lose 2lbs and If I eat my daily intake I dont increase weight so I can only assume its…

700-1200. However the defecit matches the loss
-
I understand it fluctuates its just the fact it has been so linear and consistant and this week it was slightly off.
-
It just annoys me as its been so Linear and yet this happens, really for the first time for no reason . I am going to up my limit slowly once I hit this goal and I am not far off. The aim was 5 stone by the world cup (June 12th) , but that is a checkpoint not a goal, I want to lose it more slowly after that point.

Those reviews... Shame I cant find the same product on the UK amazon, else I would of bought them!
-
which ones would people recommend? Im looking for ones that dont change every single time you get on near enough? Amazon links. Digital.
-
And also it is fairly linear in the results ive been getting.
-
simply no point in doing 1/2b per week as they wont pick it up. anyway, there broke now, started showing different figures when i stepped on with a different foot.
-
It is a checkpoint not a goal. I said 5 Stone by the world cup and I am not far off it. I said to myself once I hit 5 stone I would up my calories to a higher level, however I want to do this slowly as Im sure I will put weight on if I just suddenly change it by say and extra 1000 per day (even though it would still be…

My concern is if I up my limit to 1200 net per day I will put all the weight back on, however my lb loss is consistant with the calories im saving.

NOT eating breakfast Eating a small lunch NOT listening to people saying youve lost enough or youre doing it too quickly.

All you need is the stuff at a basic gym. Set of dumbbells, an olympic barbell, a squat rack. You can get anything you need done with just that. You can do it with less if circumstances require it. [/quote] But if I were to purchase it what weights etc? Is it the ones with a bar which you lift or hand lifts I literally…
-
Did you stop losing when you started using weights? As Ive been successful for 4 months losing 55 odd lbs and am wandering what the immediate effect will be if I lift
-
What Equiptment did you use? If you could talk to me as if I am stupid as I am unsure about all the different stuff. CHeers

Cheers!

Or could it mean the crappy scales I have are innacurate, they basically show something different each time I use them. I think I would be so disheartened if I had to only lose 1lb per week because my scales would always be wrong. Could it be they were innacurate on Friday ? I.e if I lost 3 & 1/2 lbs in 4 days , if I ate…

I do eat more sometimes. Its just I used to eat for the hell of it, but I just dont need to eat. I eat filling meals though. Chicken & vegetables. Its not like im eating 1 meal of highish stuff

My Ticker is incorrect.
-
I have NO Idea. Some say 2500 , some say nearer 2900. MFP says to eat 2240, so I save 1500 per day. (from the 2240 figure)
-
I use a stationary bike, although, I used to do 500-600 calories per day on it but now I simply dont have the energy so I just eat less. The weird thing was it was so easy at the start and ive only turned the difficulty up slightly
-
I understand it is unsustainable, but whilst I can lose it surely its better to? And my BMI is under 30.
-
My First 12 weeks I lost 41 lbs.
-
I thought starvation mode was a myth?
-
Dunno why it shows that, the only thing correct is the loss. Its because the goals its setting me are too low but the system wont let me alter them maybe?
-
I never have cheat days, but tomorrow I am going for a chinese and it will be, as you say impossible to find out the calories. Im just eating it and moving on. Nothing more you can do
-
Because I log the weight every monday, I check every friday, but there will be several times throughout the fortnight (more early in the second week) that I will be drinking seeing friends etc so I want enough time for the water weight to come off and not effect my reading.
-
In terms of weight loss only does it matter? Or is it more likely that less food and less exercise is better if you overstate how many calories youve burned
-
What I mean by that is say 2 pints of water before and 2 after
