I was drinking it and believed it was helping, but I have stopped drinking the wretched stuff and I am still losing just fine if not more.

You would need 2500 Per day deficit. You are probably meant to have like 1000 a day, so even if you burnt 500, to even eat something you would need to exercise even more.

I was notching it up every Monday, thanks guys. Turned it down slightly now to a more manageable intensity

I should add will there ever be a point that my body just doesnt lose weight (Not a plateau , just because the foods im eating are not plates of veg)

I've been aiming 700 net at around 1200 intake and 500 on the bike. I didn't have time one day so I just ate less throughout the day had a bigger meal at tea time so I didn't feel so empty. Not something I will do regularly even though I technically had the same deficit as usual.

I technically eat unhealthily. But I am losing near 4 lbs per week just working on the defecit.

200 for my shreddies with milk and 585 for my ready meal for tea.

What is your maintence level in calories ? I.e to not gain or lose? If you dont know use a calculator - http://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html Then add the calories you burn on to that figure EG 2400 Maintenance + 500 Exercise = 2900 2900- 2000 Defecit so 900 calories to eat.

I use a stationary bike every day. If you aim for 500 Calories on it. I base time as 10 calories per minute, so 100 is 10 , 500 is 50 minutes. I give myself 1 hour. A 2000 calorie deficit is required for 4lbs which is what ive been doing for the last 8 weeks, HOWEVER, people on here dont recommend it... (But it Works :) )

My Diary says 2200 to lose something I believe. But I always leave it so there is 1500 remaining. I think my maintenance is more near 2500-3000. Save MY daily defecit is 1800-2300 Per day. Net is 700-800 and I do 500-600 Calories on the Exercise bike too, So My food would be 1200-1300

My Maintenence limit is 2500-3000. Since January ive lost 25lbs and Ive been saving 1800 - 2300 per day . I eat what I want but burn it off to always get to the remaining limit I want. I exercise 500 Cals per day on an exercise bike I bought.

The diary says my goal is 2200 - My maintenance is maybe 2500-2800 and I make sure I have roughly 1500 remaining from that 2200 , so Im eating maybe 1200 and exercising 500 per day everyday

Im not eating badly though. THats the thing, im not going hungry, and im exercising well

The thing is, I used to eat alot, but Im not missing the snacks etc so I say to myself why not

I want to do this and I know I will, I just needed to know if somewhere along the line I will slow down, I know in the long run its harder , but I would rather be in a position to keep the weight off, than be in a position of having to burn it all off.

It does include exercise though its not like Im just eating 700. My question is will it continue to work?

I used to do it once a week but now its everyday. It works for me, I feel more in control.

I hope every day that I dont injury myself exercising as it could jeopardize my last 7 weeks work (19.25lbs) . I could say to myself eat less but as it is im not eating that much, and when I do eat more than I should, I just exercise it off afterwards. I feel for you and I can only suggest one of those seat things or…
