I just got one too. So far I likie that it doesn't seem to log random movement, only actual steps, etc.

I bought a scale for my food. That could definitely have been the problem. I estimated my dinner tonight to be about a 4oz piece of chicken. Scale says 11.2 oz. so..... Yeah, this will help.

I'll stop at walmart on my way home from work today and get one. I'm sure they'll have one there somewhere. As far as calorie burns, yeah, I just go with what fitocracy calculates for me based on how much I run. I don't count weight training in mfp.

No Food scale but I use measuring spoons/cups.

I agree with the treadmill sucking. I'm going to Vegas tomorrow for a work trip, and I'm looking forward to actually trying outdoor running. I am doing the c25k program, as well. I'm just in the beginning stages right now, though, lol. My body fat % is about 21% and ideally, I'd like to get it to 12-15... I'm sure things…
