Think I may of figured it out! did some research into medications I am taking and one of the side affects is weight gain! I started the medication around the same time as the diet! Or does it sound like wishful thinking that that is the cause?

Do you check label content/ my doctor advised me that for every 100g in weight of food the fat content needs to be 5g or LESS. AND NO HIGHER THAN 5G OF FAT PER 100G OF WEIGHT.
