I know right. For piano playing it gives me as many calories burned as cleaning the house. Therefore I only log half the time I play.

Totally. Went on vacay to some hoodoos. Between hiking and stuffing my face with ice cream, pasta and whatnot, I actually lost. Whaddaya know.

I have also reached a goal weight and am aiming to maintain! I suggest very strongly to you to eat more protein and start lifting heavy. Even just 20 min 3x a week. I have found that doing this strangely boosts how many calories I can eat. It may work for you!

Ok thanks guys. They returned to normal within an hour. Will definitely bring it up at next doctors appt.
