I find it interesting that if you go over your calorie goal the numbers turn red. However if you are under your calorie goal (but are still netting positive) your calories are green. New BMI Calculation
So I guess most people on here will probably know this being health gurus and all, but in January these researchers made the BMI scale more accurate. http://people.maths.ox.ac.uk/trefethen/bmi_calc.html now why is that more accurate? Fingernails turn blue?
Hey y'all, just wondering if any of you who have recently lost weight experienced fingernails turning blue! My hands aren't numb or tingly or cold, just I was sitting at home and my fingernails were blue..... Weird side effect, or some other medical condition?
