I use EAS 100% whey protein Vanilla. It has 23 g of protein. I mix it with 3/4 c of Skim Milk and some fruit with cinnamon or cocoa.

Remeber that if you work out during the day you are allowed to eat back those calories. So if you are allowed 1310 cal before your workout and then you burn 350 calories working out, you can actually have 1660 calories that day.

I say keep eating it. My favorite is Chobani. It has so much extra protein in it and it is low fat. If it keeps you full and you are not going over your calories, what's the problem?

With no energy after an 18 hour day on Monday, I got up yesterday morning @ 5:15AM to go work out before the rotten weather hit. I used to wait until after work to get my workout in and in the past I would let the weather completely stop me.

I also go every consistently by 20-40 grams. I have been wondering the same thing. I don't want it to cause any issues with reaching my goal but I enjoy the proteins I do eat.
