I will be 30 in just under 2 weeks. My starting weight was 203, my current weight is 190, and my goal weight is 160. That is for now. I plan to see how I am feeling and looking at that point.

My BF and I have quit buying sour cream to use Plain greek yogurt on anything and everything we used sour cream for and we love it. Watch boiling though. It will separate. You can heat it; just not boil.

I see you are not tracking your sodium. That could be a culprit in the lack of weight loss. Otherwise just keep working at it.
