Just clean up your diet and WORK it off. Not eating at all is just gonna eff up your metabolism. No quick fixes and next time no excuses to begin with. Make room in your diet for "cheats".

I had the worst DOMS in my chest last week and it was rediculously painful to move my arms from left to right. Me-owww! But you're right, calves suck too!

I never eat "added sugar" foods. Only whole clean foods with natural sugars.

Great suggestions. Also, if you have a backpack, load it up with some heavy stuff, put it on and do squats an lunges. It "comfortable", and adds some nice weight on the legs.

OBVIOUSLY you should stop giving "advice". You know nothing. Ok, on we go. More than 1-1.5g of protein per lb of body weight is really tough on the kidneys and liver. I use Dymatize ISO 100. Not sure how it compares to yours but its the best I've had. If you're a GNC club member it usually around 35 bucks. Taste great, cross-filtered. Love it!
