Thank you! I eat as much fruit and vegetables as I can possibly afford (£10.00 student budget for food!). I weigh everything and I am very careful. I guess I'm going to have to stay strong and not give up :D

Normally when I diet the first couple of weeks I loose loads, but that is without exercise. Now I have been doing exercise, especially strength classes I have lost 2 pounds, but I have lost inches off my waist, AND I FEEL FAB. I'm trying to learn to ignore the scales and focus on the measuring tape :)

To stop myself eating after 7/8, I eat a big tea of low calorie soup and a pile of veg (i.e peas, broccoli) so then I am really full from that and I'm not interested in eating. :)

Im the same! Just turned 20 and don't want to be chubby any more! Want to wear nice clothes! I have an under active thyroid so that makes it 10x harder to loose weight :D I joined the gym too a week ago and have done aerobics, zumba and core conditioning!
