Tests today confirmed cubital tunnel syndrome, now I just have to wait til Monday to find out if it can be fixed with a brace or if the doc thinks I will need surgery since I can't modify my activity at work.

Does anyone have good substitute exercises for the push-ups and plank? I have an arm injury and can't do either of those right now.
