  • You can do it. But do it for you. Go on facebook & join some of the low carb groups. They will help support you, cheer you on, congratulate you for small achievements. And they have awesome recipes & ideas to keep you going, and keep your food interesting.
  • I don't know anything about clean eating. Never heard of this phrase. I would thing that it would mean everything organic & no hmo's. So foods should be natural. If you have a GNC store by you, check out their products. I have a great all natural brown rice protein powder that I use in my breakfast shakes.
  • Whether you lower your caloric intake from what this site says or not. It is very important to eat the right stuff. Incorporate lots of veges & good fats into your diet. Stay away from a lot of carbs & sugars & fried foods. :smile:
  • Try cutting carbs & sugars. Eat more veges & protein. The Atkins diet is really easy to follow with great results.
