I also have about 115lbs id like to lose.. I've been on MFP forever but after I have my baby in the next few weeks I plan to really get serious. Right now I'm just getting my eating in check and going for daily walks. Please feel free to add me and I'd love to get in on the group with yall :)

I love all of her dvds. I really like her training style. The circuit training sounds like a good idea. Have you seen in progress from the other dvds?

Cracker Barrel has a new Wholesome Menu. It has a lot of healthier version like oven fried chicken(its delicious) baked fish and good for you vegetables :)

I have a sedentary desk job and im on the road a lot. Right now I am struggling to break away from the convenience of fast food even though I know its sabotaging my efforts. Was fast food ever an issue for you guys? how did you break away from that?

MFP has me set at 1320. I know I have to get my diet under control if I plan on losing any weight.
