you can usually buy a whole chicken for around $5 or $6. Stick it in a crockpot with seasonings and let it cook all day....you have rotisserie chicken that will feed one person for a few days! Mix that with a 50 cent can of veggies and you have a good, cheap meal. Also a 5 lb thing of hamburger meat can make you 5 meals…

I haven't had any fast food since I started my health and fitness journey on Jan 1...but, I did go to Applebees last night and ate one of the under 550 calorie meals. Fast food hasn't sounded good to me lately.

I just add 1/3 cup every once in a while..keeps it moist and no calories since no butter. :) Serve with some veggies (broccoli, green beans, or salad) You can also put it in the crockpot with…

I made spaghetti squash last night, but instead of topping it with marinara, I sauteed some onion and garlic in olive oil and added a can of fire roasted tomatoes and mixed all that with the squash...then topped that with sliced olives and feta cheese. YUM! I have a hard time meeting calorie goals when I eat the squash…

Tonight I made stuffed portobello mushrooms (stuffed with spinach, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese b/c I ran out of feta) and home made baked sweet potato fries. Super yummy and filling.

I agree. I use Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVD's and I love them as well...GREAT walking dvd's...and much more than walking. It really gets my heart rate up and they range from 1 mile to 5 miles. If you can't go outside due to rainy weather, they're a great tool to use! I use them even on nice days because I'm just more…

What seems to fill me up most is an apple and some water. You can Google 100 calorie snacks...you'll find some good choices there as well.
