I hear that Mrs. Dash seasonings are great ....have you tried them? I haven't, so I can't tell you from personal experience, but I plan on getting some next time I stop at the grocery store...salt is a big issue with me...as in, I LOVE IT. So, I am hoping the Mrs. Dash will help me decrease my salt usage.

I totally am guilty. I always say...I won't weigh until Tuesday, but then I find myself on that scale almost every day...at least every other day. Tuesday is my official weigh in though, and that's what I chart...But, I understand where you are coming from completly!

I do strength training/circcuit training in the morning for 30-45 minutes , before the kids get up (or sometimes after I drop them off at school...depending on my schedule), and then I do cardio for 30 minutes after they go to bed.

I made a turkey meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, and broccolini sauteed in a bit of EVOO and garlic and then mixed with some melted lauging cow cheese. SOOO good.

I love Kashi Cinnamon Harvest. I also heard they have another one called berry squares, or something and it's 100 calories for 3/4 cup! I will be finding that one soon. :)

I would suggest strongly to eat at least 1200 calories. Plus, your body is now used to the low calories you take in, and if you bump that up, it should shock your body. Maybe have some peanut butter toast and a glass of milk in the evening (soy, almond, skim, 2%, whatever)...that would get you closer to the 1200 calories.…
