  • I do...each Sunday is grocery shopping day and before I go, I plan my meals out. I post them up on the fridge so I know each morning what I need to cook that day. Of course, it doesn't always work out perfect...sometimes I get too busy and just pop something in the microwave...but, for the most part, it works.

  • Everyone had really good suggestions! I also would like to add that you should be proud that you are sticking to a healthy lifestyle and maintaining what you have lost, rather than giving up and gaining it all back! That, in itself, is a great thing!!!

  • I've just found that the calories in the dressing aren't worth it, and really, the salad without the dressing is good! :)
