Under tools, select on "learn about fitbit ultra tracker", it should give you the option to sync a tracker on that page. That's where I can see that mine is currently linked. It was pretty easy. cole_carter- if you wear it to sleep with the wrist band it comes with, it also tracks your sleep patterns.

yes i've deleted some friends, mostly people who are just not active. but one or two have been deleted because they only post looking for encouragement, but never share any! not once did they reciprocate. i know we all get busy and don't have time to comment on everyone's accomplishments everyday, but at least a few words…

I love Chobani, Trader Joe's and Dannon Oikos brands- all flavors. Fage is good too just more expensive. I tried Yoplait's Strawberry Greek and it was the most fake tasting strawberry ever- gross! Have you tried adding weights or circuit training instead of just doing cardio? I'm in love with Jillian Michaels workouts. Maybe try adding 2 of those a week to your 2 days of cardio. Muscle burns more calories :smile:

I just got mine last week and love it! I mostly workout with Jillian Michaels videos and walking and haven't had any trouble with accuracy. The sleep tracking function is one of my favorites, really interesting to see how well you are actually sleeping based on how many times you wake during the night and how long it takes…

I'd be wary about eating back all your exercise calories, especially if you are solely relying on the calorie burn from MFP and not a heart rate monitor. This program tends to overestimate. I see one day it says you burned over 1000 calories. Maybe just eat back some if you are genuinely hungry.

I'm also reading Jackie Warner's book right now and I really like it. I've also recently read Chaleen Johnson's new one PUSH- it's helpful for goal setting and not necessarily limited to fitness.

That's exactly when I plateaued :frown: I've lost 17lbs since 1/1 and the scale hasn't moved in 2½ weeks. I'm just trying to keep eating well and working out anyways and hoping it'll start moving again soon. Good luck, I know it's super frustrating! :flowerforyou:
