My goal for this month is walking/running 50 miles plus my normal zumba workouts. If I complete it my reward is getting a massage. I can't wait I can do this.

I eat 1/2 cup of fiber one ceral and mix some rasberries or blueberries with it and my coffe of course.

Did you try using the recipe tab on here? I did a couple of things and you at least get a better idea of how many calories are in a serving.

I seperated from my ex-husband 8 years ago. Although when I went through my divorce I was the opposit I lost alot of weight. I gained my weight back when I met someone and was happy again. But I have been happily married for 4 years now. But there is now reason I have to be heavy while I am happy :)
