I find that interval running works for me....I don't like long distance running....short sharp bursts make me feel physically and mentally better...that along with walking and yoga...

I'm 5'3" waist 27 hips 37 Cutting back on white carbs has definitely made me less bloated hence a smaller waist and hips

I would ideally love to lose another 7lb but this doesn't seem to want to be lost....lol....I'm by no means overweight but know that I would be a lot healthier with it off....
