Jersey almost a vegetarian here. Wife and I have moved to about 80% vegetarian, usually roasted veggies, fruit and salads with fresh veggies (or cooked frozen frozen this time of the year) the last few months. I take a 25-30 min walk on a trail that goes around the office campus at a brisk pace. There are a few hills about a story high that add some resistance. Two times is about 1.40 miles so it's a decent workout if I go fast enough. Unfortunately the trail doesn't get shoveled in winter.
