  • I was told by my doctor that I needed to increase my potassium to decrease water retention. If you get the "salt substitute" stuff it is LOADED with potassium. It tastes gross, so I bought empty pill casings and filled it with the salt and got a huge dose. Make sure you take it with a meal.
  • I'm 5'9" and my goal weight is 128-130. I'm about 135 now since I stopped my birth control pills, but it's not a huge deal. I have a small frame, so I don't look too small. My heaviest was 195lbs. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/823/64175887094793967167586.jpg/
  • I'm 139, aiming for 130 at the end of April. I'm 5'9" and I'm in!
  • I went off Yasmin in November, and it has been a nightmare. I went on the pill 5 years ago without knowing it had a diuretic built into it. Now, I have gone off of it, and my whole body has been a water-retention nightmare because it does not know how to get rid of water on its own anymore. Yes, birth controls like Yasmin…
  • As long as Italy my calories and I'm within my limit, all is good.
  • I tried the clean eating Avacado substitution and I LOVE it. As long as you don't mind eating green eggs (without ham... wink wink), you're all set. Definitely use avacado instead of mayo
