    I am a member of the Cult of the Laughing Cow but I love a wedge of the French Onion for egg salad. My kids like it that way too.

    I tried the clean eating Avacado substitution and I LOVE it. As long as you don't mind eating green eggs (without ham... wink wink), you're all set. Definitely use avacado instead of mayo
