Vitamins are for people who don't eat the right balance of foods, so if you are getting them from food then every other day should be just fine. Listen to your body, you may not need them.

never go below 1200 calories.. you are probably not eating enough if you are working out most days.

If you are at a plateau I would say buy it now, if you want to lose weight without starving your body, this is a great tool. Yes it tracks every time your body moves, I wore it at night for the first 2 weeks to see how many calories I burned during sleep, more than I thought I did. I was only eating 1200-1500 calories a…

Saving all week is not the way to do it. Work out before and after to burn up the calories.. Drink water between every alcoholic beverage.. Just don't use it to fall off the wagon for good. Once in a while is ok. Enjoy your day.

small meals every 2-3 hours, slowly increasing you meals will help get your body out of starving mode. Add fruits and veggies.

Don't go below 1200 calories it is key.. If you go below 1200 with or without exercise you body will think it is starving and will store it as fat. In the beginning I follow the 1200 calories and ate back my exercise calories with 100 deficit. The closer I get to my goal the more calories I need so I'm eating 1500-1800…

Have you see Jillian's newest workout with weights? Invest in weighed gloves to wear when doing cardio.. I use them with Turbo Jam workouts - get for burning more calories and toning the arms. You could probably wear them doing Zumba too.

I have taken Prenatal for last 7 years. i just lost 65 lbs after having twins, and no they don't cause weight gain. They help keep you body in check, you eat better when you take them you don't crave as much junk in my experience. I take plant based ones easier on tummy.

Need to add in 2-3 snacks, just small 250 calories snacks- almonds, string cheese, 1tbsp pb and wheat toast, boiled egg and toast. Try your best to stay at 1200 calories a day and no less. You can setup your profile for Carbs 40% of your calories, Protein 30% of your calories and Fat 30% of your calories in goals- customize. I wouldn't recommend going below 40% carbs, it is just the right balance for you to continue to lose weight. After you have been…
