Make sure you are balancing your carb and protein for each meal. Avoid anything extremely high in sugar or only carb based. If you muscles are sore you will hold on to 3-4 lbs of water retention. You are building muscle and the scale will move slowly, but the inches or cm will go down first. So stick with it and keep moving and tracking calories.

Talk to the YMCA, 24 hour fitness, or Lady of America, they all teach those classes and maybe they need a night or weekend teacher just call around and get your name out there.
