  • I made a lifestyle change and try to eat clean. Diets with a "s" fail, you must change your life and your habits for life in order to see long terms changes.
  • You will need a mat, but you can get it at target or walmart then or not as long and durable, if you need it sooner. You will need Chin up bar if you will not have a place to do pull ups especially if they are moving you around a lot. The weighs not necessary, bands will be fine, mostly using your own body weigh. Good Luck.
  • Sorry, I've been MIA. The twins birthday and Hayden starting school life is a little crazy. Still working out and logging my calories, just hadn't posted here in a while. I will try to start fresh tomorrow.

  • cardio is a must to get rid of layer of fat covering muscles, then strength training to tone and tighten. I'm currently doing TurboJam which targets, abs, waist, hips and thighs. - all of which are my trouble areas. I started off with elliptical to get the jump start on weight loss, so walking, running, jogging, elliptical…
  • 1200 is without exercise, that is cutting your calories by 300 from 1500 in order to lose a pound a week. you eat 1200 then add back your exercise calories.
  • Great Job. I love meat too much to give it up completely. I hope the rest of your journey goes smoothly and you reach your goals to a healthier and littler you.
  • The average only needs to eat 1200 to lose weight if their body takes 1500 calories a day to fuel itself. So you add the 500 to your 1200 calories and eating 1700 before exercise in order to shed the weight and keep up mil production. So at the end of the day you need to eat no less than 1700 calories. Then X number for…

  • I workout to dvd or pre-programed workout on elliptical or treadmill, when the program is done I use the calories burned to put in MFP. If I do a 20 minutes workout dvd and I need more calories burned I will jump on treadmill or elliptical for another 20-30 minutes, my goal is at least 400 a day 5-6 days a week.

  • That is Awesome.. What did you do differently?
  • Kelly - great job. Yes, moderation is key. If you completely remove food or make it forbid food, then you are more likely to overeat it and over indulge that if you allow yourself a treat of that yummy cookie, cake, or coffee once a week. I hope upping the weighs and water will do the trick for you Kelly, everyone's body…
  • If you like to dance TurboJam will get your going and the music is awesome, I find myself singing the song all day. You need cardio to get rid of the outer layer of fat and you need to tighten and strength the core to flatten the muscles out so they don't bugle. I had twins so I've been through the weird belly bugle. All…
