I like to workout in the morning, gets it done first thing......also I usually eat cereal with fruit or a protein shake before I go and I am good to go...

I try to workout 5 days a week and I love the elliptical. I push myself just a little harder each time. I usally do about 35-40 min on the elliptical, 15 on treadmill and at least 15 on weights. Several months ago I couldn't do 5 min on the elliptical so I have really improved.

I drink Shakeology! I like it! I see more energy and I am getting alot of healthy benefits from it. To each their own :)

This happens to me too but I did some research on it and it is normal. Try to move your feet or reposition them a few times during the workout and it should help.

I am in the same boat!!!! Been going to the gym now for several months. No weight coming off but my endurance is so much better!!! I think I am building muscle and if I keep up my routine I will start to see the scale move. I do feel a little different in my clothes. Good luck!!!

wow! you are such an inspiration!!! I'm new to my journey but I keep telling myself I can do it!!! I need to lose 80-100 pounds myself to be at my ideal weight. That seems very overwhelming at this point. Any words of encouragment???
