I do this as well, but I'm concerned about the bbq sauce and dressing that won't be eaten and that's left as liquid in my crockpot and how to count that calorie content.

I did (for now), but that can probably be a difference of about 50-75 calories a serving which is quite a bit. I'm stumped on this one haha.

My resting heart rate has always been high, and because of this, my range is generally higher as well. Doesn't hurt me any :)

Oranges are very high in sugar as well.

Berries are going to be the lowest calorie fruits, but due to the sugars in fruit, none are zero calorie.

I always try to net 1200.

Some veggies, like carrots, have quite a few calories which add up very quickly. I log everything.

Uh, say what? A pound to two a WEEK maybe, but a pound per day is some scary stuff! I think your nutritionist's advice sounds good, although I would try to track sodium, both for your health and to help keep water weight down as well.

Alcohol and juice especially have high calories, so definitely log it. I don't log things like Crystal Light simply because the calories are very low and I know how much it in a serving.
