Dittoing this. Crunches are kind of tough on a person's back anyway, especially if you're not used to them and have poor form.
-
I would try to replace it with more punches or some other type of cardio if it's causing you trouble.

Some potato salads don't even have mayo but are made with just mustard instead (although that causes a high sodium content as well).
-
It took me 20 pounds before I ever dropped a pant size.
-
Ditto this. Even the Walmart potato salad doesn't have that many calories, and it's pretty fattening!
-
I prefer to use quinoa pastas or egg noodles. They're better for you, although the calories are still pretty high!
-
Bumping this to remind me later!

If you want to keep losing, then leave it where it is. If you don't want to lose anymore, you need to recalculate because your maintenance calories will be higher than losing.

If your friends are using websites vs. MFP vs. a heart rate monitor, they are going to be HUGE differences. A HRM is generally the most accurate thing for most people.

I started out at 190, I'm at 168 right now, and I'm shooting for 150. I'll reevaluate at that point if/when I get there, and maybe shoot for 140.

If you're burning 2000 calories a day and only eating 1200, or less (the less is dangerous btw) you're going to end up hurting yourself and you will.not.lose.weight. If you're NETTING 1200 calories a day, that's a different story.

Lots of water :)

Definitely don't trust the MFP number. The body bug number looks really low!
-
It's ok for your protein to go over. Just means you're going to be fuller longer!
-
Any kind of nuts or seeds would be good!
-
The ease of tracking is one reason why I try to do it! I cook for one work week also, but even with alternating, I just needed some fresh ideas :)
-
Thanks for all the ideas! :)
-
Bumping because some of these suggestions sound really good!

I would love to be able to use an elliptical, but since we already own a treadmill and there's nearly no resale value for them, it isnt feasible financially right now.

My degeneration is due to injuries from a car accident rather than large breasts. Haha I can only wish mine were larger!

Baked potatoes have a lot of potassium. So does fish I think.

Bump

I think a lot of it depends on what type of strength training you're doing. If you're doing something that involves your whole body, I would think the HRM would be pretty accurate.
-
I cook mine, add green pepper, onion, garlic, rotel, tomatoes (or tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce), zucchini, squash, etc etc, and add cheese on top!
-
I like it with mandarin oranges!
-
Usually if I go way over my calories, I see it/feel it the next day. It may have been enough to jumpstart your metabolism again, but if you keep eating that way, you're sure to start gaining.

There are sugars in milk.

My living room is that large, not to include the rest of my house which is also carpeted. I only burn a little over 100 calories for my entire house, and I DO trust my HRM to be a close estimate of calories burned.
-
Even if she didn't, she would still have about 1500 calories to eat without including the exercise calories!

Nothing is more comfortable for me than a pair of Brooks. :) Going to a running store is definitely the way to go. They'll help you find the best shoe for you. You can try them on, find what you like, and then go online to find an older version of the same shoe for half the price.
