Your heart rate has nothing to do with burning calories. If you hold your breath your heart rate will increase as its need to pump blood and oxygen faster. Will you loose weight sat dowm holding your breath? No!

This is just another myth, heating up your body does not burn fat. Fat burns at 300+ degree and you wont warm your body up to that in a sauna.

Ham sandwich with a yogury with some fruit. Boring i know but easy and under 400calories

I cover up the machine with my towel and hide the clock lol. And i find when you're not watching it time does seem to go quicker.

I burn around the same amount of calories on the cross trainer as i do brisk walking on the treadmill. Around 100 every 10mins.

When you filled in your goals say 'loose 2lb a week' the site will automatically give you a daily amount of calories to aim for. You shouldnt go over this and try and get as close to using them as possible.

Yea thats what i tend to do. I go to the gym in the afternoon around 12 and eat at about 1.30-2pm. Thanks alot for your help, i understand this alot more now :) You may have saved me weeks if not months of doing this wrong lol. 6 days of exercise + wii fit on your day off lol. You're alot fitter than me lol. I manage 5days…

Yea i totally get the point of having to eat the right amount or you wont loose weight. Hence making this post i didn't want to carry on my diet and in 2 weeks fine out hehe. As far as muscular training goes i do use the weight machices for like 10-15mins when i go. I might try do like 30-40mins cardio 20-30 weights then…

Thanks alot for all your fast comments. I will definitely look into the protein shake and maybe have a full tin of tina instead of half with my meals. I'm not actually counting sodium because to be honest i'm new to actually making a diary of my food. Since i started my weightloss in August i've just really been guessing…
