Do you have time after work to work on your weights? Pick up some cheap weights or make your own with bottled water and do 20mins at home.

I do 20mins on both and a 5min cooldown on both, so my cardio is 50mins. Then i either do the bike for 20mins or 30mins of weights depending on what day im on.

I wouldnt be able to cheat, might sound silly but why have that piece of candy or something when you know you dont wanna eat it. Guess the 'cheat' thing with me is the odd round of beer a saturday night once in a while :P

The pasta is nice, i tend to stay away from the ones with mayo in them. Usally have it with the beetroot and salad.

I've used WW about 3-4 different times in my life, and everytime i've lost weight, can be expensive week after week, if you're like me who just goes to be weighed. Protein on MFP is set low like 15% of your calories allowed. Having double the protein that the site tells you isnt a bad thing. 20-30% of your calories is a healthy amount of protein.

I have started to mix weights with my cardio, bored of doing the same cardio workout everyday. Im doing 30-40mins of cardio along with 20-30mins of weights working different parts of the body each day.

Are processed meals like the weightwatcher one bad for carbs? In one meal they have about 70g

You cant burn fat from a certain place, for example your tummy. Your body choices where it takes it from. So saying that everyone is different and will loose it from certain places before others. I lost alot in my face and shoulders at first.

I hate running, so i try and balance the treadmill by doing a brisk walking pace around 4-5MPH while on a high incline. I would say you feel more of a work out with a slower speed but a higher incline.

Try coke zero, i love it over normal coke. Tastes better than diet coke but still sugar free!
