I have realized I can't do workout videos at home because I cheat :( I know its horrible but I will half a** it and sit down and just watch the video after a couple minutes. I find I work out best at the local gym, I usually go before work at 530am. That way I know people are watching me so I have to do good!

Awesome day yesterday! Ugh I am jealous that sounds so fun! Dedication and discipline, once those are down its second nature. That's how I get the most water, I have my handy dandy watter bottle I take EVERYWHERE with me. Maybe want to do a calorie burn challenge. Like burn so many calories in a week or something?

When I work I drink water fine, its on weekends I have issues. What I have done is brought a big 48oz water bottle to work and I try to drink one every 2 hours. Then I just keep refilling. I think my biggest issue is to stop eating when I am full. I eat because something tastes good not because I am hungry. I'd love to…

I would say depends on your body frame. I am around 5'10" 5'11" and I haven't been 145 since probably middle school lol. But I also have a large frame so the lowest I could go without looking sickly would be like 160. Do what makes you feel comfortable and most beautiful. :)

Do you mind me asking how fast are you running? Have you tried slowing your speed to see if you don't run out of the breathe? I made that mistake, going too fast on the jog intervals and failed. So I researched a little and lowered my speed, was still hard (pain wise) but I was able to breathe better.
