  • My wedding is coming up in December. Started tracking what I eat again and exercising everyday about 10 days ago. Even if it's just a walk, it's better than nothing. Down 4lbs so far in the 10 days but could use all the support I can get. Add me if you like

  • I'm 8 weeks post delivery, would love some friends, tips, motivation along the way. I was overweight prior to getting pregnant and thankfully had a healthy pregnancy. I'm looking to lose another 50lbs as that would put me back into a healthy weight range for my height.
