My goal is 1200 calories a day, but I exercise most days and I usually eat back around half of the calories I earn from exercising. And on no programme, just eat healthy food, drink water and exercise. Only thing I eat/drink that I shouldn't is coke zero.

I probably eat 1/2 back as I only get 1200 calories a day and it's pretty hard. Especially when 1 banana is over 100 calories.
