21 pounds in 5 weeks

Is it bad that I have lost so much in just 5 weeks? I thought it would take longer? I was big to start with, 5'2 and 221 pounds.

    It depends how you got there. In the beginning a lot of it may have been water weight. What are you doing to lose the weight i.e. how many cals, workouts, on any particular program etc. I'm sure that with that info some people on here who are much more knowledgable that me will be able to offer some advice!

    My goal is 1200 calories a day, but I exercise most days and I usually eat back around half of the calories I earn from exercising. And on no programme, just eat healthy food, drink water and exercise. Only thing I eat/drink that I shouldn't is coke zero.
