Keep drinking plenty of water, specially when under binge spell, this will leave no space inside for food, water has killed my hunger as well.

If one desire to be fit and have knowledge about food and exercise he/she may keep herself/himself fit. there are cheap health foods, there are thousands of exercises which need no gym, no treadmill, no other fitness machines. I would second you. why DNA test tells one is prone to this and that while other is not. Human body is complex chemical factory and each body have slightly different machines and catalysts in them. So same food eaten by different people will be processed differently due to different quantities of catalysts

8 glasses of 250 ml means 1.5 L, this is what usually recommended. If I drink this much I would be running to rest room whole day. As a rule of thumb a physician told me to watch color of urine, if it is dark then you are drinking less water and if it is light then you are doing fine.

isn't there different BMR for different people. Some people eat too much but remain slim while others eat less and still over weight.

different people set different targets and accordingly they are permitted calories per day. What should be realistic target. denying too much will burn out muscles.

You are right because I am allowed 1910 calories and other person allowed 1300 calories per day so how and why?

0.5 pounds per week and allowed 1910 + exercise calories per day. But I feel this is giving me extreme weakness and I wonder whether I would be able to follow.
